Apex Piston Filler

The Apex Piston Filler is a customizable, built-to-order volumetric filler. Configure your machine using the options above:

• Filler Size — the fill volume your machine is built around (60 mL, 125–250 mL, 500 mL, or 1000 mL).
• Seal Material — Viton, EPDM, or Silicone, matched to your product's chemical compatibility and temperature range.
• Supply Method — how do you plan to supply product to the filler? Choose Direct Draw to pull straight from your supply vessel, or a stainless Hopper (3.5, 9.2, 13, or 26 gallon) for gravity feed. Larger hoppers suit higher-volume runs and thicker products.

Every order is personally confirmed before we build. Once you place your order, an Apex representative will reach out to confirm your configuration and order details — making sure your filler is spec'd exactly right for your product, container, and application before production begins.

Many customers running 500 mL and 1000 mL fills pair this machine with a conveyor and turntable — or add a second filler — for a full bottling line, plus a tank heater for thick or temperature-sensitive product.
